The House of Vilona
Vilona is a family creative house based in Berthoud, Colorado. Under the Vilona name, rare natural stone, sculptural metalwork, fine art, and lighting come together through one shared vision.
Our work begins with respect for the material. We study its color, movement, translucency, and natural imperfections before deciding what it should become. The goal is never to overpower the stone, but to reveal the character already within it.

Dylan Vilona
Vilona is led today by Dylan Vilona, whose eye for rare stone, sculptural lighting, and new creative possibilities continues to guide the family house forward. Dylan remains personally involved from the first selection of rough material through design, illumination, and the client experience.

Alongside Dylan are Stacey Vilona, James Vilona, Cheri Vilona, and Caden Jenkins-each an important part of the family, history, and continuing story behind Vilona.
Expertise
James Vilona’s decades of gemology, sculpture, and metalwork remain woven throughout that story, creating a foundation where art, engineering, and natural materials meet.
A Legacy of the Source
Our family’s relationship with Mexico’s natural-stone industry reaches back more than 45 years. Those longstanding connections—including direct access to our Aqua Onyx and Fluorite source—allow us to study and select exceptional material at its origin.
Every block carries a geological history formed over millions of years. Its banding, veining, color, and translucency can never be repeated. That natural individuality becomes the foundation of every Vilona piece.

Vilona Studios
Set on five acres in the countryside of Berthoud, Colorado, Vilona Studios is both a working creative environment and our private appointment gallery.
Here, illuminated onyx from Mexico meets agate from Brazil, crystals from Uruguay, custom metalwork, sculpture, painting, and photography. It is a place where materials and creative disciplines come together naturally under the Vilona name.
Visitors can experience our stone illuminated and unlit, understand its true scale, and speak directly with our family about placement, lighting, customization, and what is possible within their space.
Made to Be Lived With
No two Vilona pieces share the same natural pattern. Whether it is a table lamp, monumental tower, wall installation, bowl, mirror, or custom table, every work is individually selected and carefully finished.
Our responsibility continues beyond the studio. Each piece is inspected, photographed, protected, and carefully crafted for its journey. Clients also receive direct support from our family before and after their purchase.
