Near the top of each lamp, a smoky gray ribbon outlined in charcoal sits above a warmer band of muted brown. Broad, translucent fields open through the center, while curved bands and darker mineral formations gather toward the bases. Illuminated, the stone glows in warm ivory, golden amber, and rich honey, with orange light emerging through the warmer layers. Fine charcoal outlines remain visible against the brighter crystalline areas, tracing curves and diagonal ribbons around the cylinders. The photographs show the exact pair illuminated and unlit; their appearance will also vary with bulb selection and surrounding room lighting.
Unplug before cleaning. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners, and do not immerse the lamps in water. Move each lamp individually, supporting the base and steadying the stone body rather than lifting by the rim or cord.
